Representative dispatched a celebratory message to President Gül and Prime
Minister Erdoğan to commemorate the occasion of the Republic Day.

28.10.2012 - Iraqi Turkmen Front Turkey Representative dispatched a celebratory
message to President Gül and Prime Minister Erdoğan to commemorate the occasion
of the 29 October Republic Day.
In his message, Kazancı indicated that the 89th anniversary of the
establishment of the Republic
of Turkey was celebrated
with great joy and excitement and that as a result of the struggle for
independence with extraordinary efforts and sacrifices by the Turkish nation a
unique victory had been won. Kazancı claimed that the honorable struggle for
independence carried out by the Turkish nation against occupying forces and
collaborators was an example to all nation states in the world and emphasized
that the Turkish nation would continue to protect it’s independence and the
Republic which had been achieved with the loss of martyrs.
Kazancı indicated that during the 89 years which had gone by the Republic of
Turkey had achieved developments, progress and modernization and held a
respectable position among the international community with its strong economy
and operating democracy and was an elite country to be considered as an example
in the region today and said:
"I wish that the Republic of Turkey which has introduced the Turkish
nation to such universal values as democracy, state of law, fundamental rights
and freedoms lives forever and that the Turkish flag ripples through the skies
evermore. With these emotions and thoughts I take the opportunity to remember
the founder of the Republic
of Turkey Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk
and his comrades in arms and the sainted martyrs with compassion and respect
and sincerely felicitate the celebration of the honorable Turkish nation on
behalf of myself and the Iraqi Turkmen. "
