40 percent of PKK militants are underage, report finds

Forty percent of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party's (PKK)
militants are under the age of 18, according to a 325-page report
released by the terrorism sub-commission of the parliamentary
Human Rights Investigation Commission.
