Ten years after the United States entered Iraq, the Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) is releasing its final report on the reconstruction effort in that country, "Learning from Iraq." Special Inspector Stuart Bowen will discuss SIGIR's important work in auditing, inspecting, and investigating U.S. reconstruction activities, and the lessons that the United States should learn from the experience.
