Turkmen Front Turkey Representative Dr. Hicran Kazancı visited
journalist-author Nasuhi Güngör to congratulate him on his appointment to
Coordinator of TRT Türk Channel. Kazancı congratulated Güngor on account of his
new appointment and wished the continuation of his successful works. Before his
appointment to coordinator of TRT Türk Channel Nasuhi Güngör wrote mainly
political articles for a column in Star Newspaper and a successful program
titled “A Look at the Middle East” broadcast on Turkmeneli TV also bears his
signature.
The issues discussed at the meeting dealt with more
emphasis on the Turkmen issue by TRT and having more programs about the
Turkmeneli region and particularly Kirkuk.
Ilker Taşkın who has been appointed to the position of
General Director of News at TRT Türk was also present at the meeting.
